My mind is baffled when I see your "waiting" portraits. I feel a compulsion to know; a temptation to touch. I feel tempted to ask. ... why are they smiling? I can never smile when I'm waiting... so what makes these girls smile? The surety of knowing that what they are waiting for is definitely going to arrive? Or is it naivety that saves them from knowing that what they are waiting for is not going to come? Or did they already get all the things that really matter and they're now just waiting for inconsequential things?
Hi @Wilson thanks for d appreciating words along with painting @ Serenity, it was very different to read ur feelings n emotions towards the painting... It feels very satisfied when viewer gets behind color n paper and search for the deep meanings, inside. i really keep it up to u to analyze n react accordingly... for me, in ur words, its like "The surety of knowing that what they are waiting for is definitely going to arrive" will have more coming from few more series. thanks
